You can run it by using apps like Wine or VMWare, or any other virtualization software or emulator. As I mentioned above, you have to use special workarounds for that. Since Notepad++ isn’t available for Mac, one would think that it is impossible to run it on Mac. There are many great alternatives available that you can use.
